Tim has been providing facility planning services since 1984 as an
architect and as part of the leadership team for a highly regarded
healthcare system. Since joining Peacock Architects in 1998, he has
headed up the Design Studio, orchestrating the planning, design,
production, and administration efforts of the design team. Tim is
responsible for organizing design teams, developing and maintaining
design schedules, overseeing construction documentation, directing
project budgets and construction management, and coordinating the
efforts of all design team members.

Prior to joining Peacock Architects, Tim served as Director of
Facilities Development for the Egleston Children's Health Care System
(now Atlanta Children's Healthcare System). He was responsible for
system-wide planning, design, construction, property
acquisition/management, and leasing for 33 facilities consisting of
over 800,000 square feet of space. He was instrumental in guiding the
system through program development, site selection/acquisition,
facility/equipment planning, and construction management for a network
expansion of eighteen facilities for urgent and primary care operations.
Prior to his tenure with Egleston Children's Health Care System, Tim
completed over $100 million in healthcare projects as a project
architect and an associate with Hansen Lind Meyer, Inc., a healthcare
design firm in Orlando, Florida. He holds a BS in Architecture and a
B.S. in Building Construction from Auburn University. He is
registered as a licensed architect in Georgia and is a member of the
National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
