Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the design and permitting of the project; shoreline reconstruction including beach restoration, stone groins, and wetland plantings; the construction of a 117’ long boat ramp, 320 LF timber dock with integral wave fence; and a low profile floating dock. The project supported an aggressive goal for St. Mary’s College to provide the finest college sailing facility available. The new facility is home to the college’s nationally recognized sailing team and features all types of recreational watercraft and the new James P. Muldoon River Center.
