Yezzi Associates, LLC

Massimo F. Yezzi, Jr. has been the Principal and Executive Director of Yezzi Associates for over 37 years. He is administrator of all projects and responsible for all management and architectural design. Under Massimo's direction, the company has flourished and received recognition and numerous awards for outstanding design, material selection and client satisfaction. Massimo has a B.A. in Architecture and is a member of the AIA, NCARB, USGBC, ICC, NFPA. He is licensed in several states, including New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. In addition, he has received numerous industry certifications and continuing education credits. He has extensive experience working with state, county, municipal departments and educational communities; codes and standards agencies such as the Div. of Consumer Affairs, Office of Emergency Management and other permitting departments.

Massimo serves on the Ocean County Construction Board of appeals and has been a member for 15 years. In 2011, he received Certification as a member of the American Arbitration Association Roster of Neutrals (AAA). Membership in these entities brings a unique level of knowledge and expertise to the firm regarding all phases of the A&E industry from concept of design through certificate of occupancy. Massimo has also served as a Councilman for the Borough of Point Pleasant and has been an officer/board member of various charitable and civic organizations. He is a member of the Toms River-Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and has been a past president.

Daniel M. Sernotti has over 15 years of experience in the field of architecture; he has been with Yezzi Associates for over 11 years. He has a B.A. in Architecture and is a member of NCARB  and I.C.C. He has filled the role for the past 7 years serving as project architect/project manager/ 3D imaging lead designer, scheduling and managing in house staff and design teams on a wide variety of projects. Daniel's credentials and professional affiliations are B.S. Architecture for NYIT, Annual AIA CEUs, R.A. in New Jersey, Delaware, and Georgia, NCARB, USGBC, and LEED® Green Associate. Daniel is involved in all phases of project development from initial client contact through construction administration and has extensive knowledge of project programming, code review and construction documentation. He has experience in commercial, residential, library and recreational project types and provides in house quality control for all projects.

RA, LEED AP BD&C has over 20 years experience in the field of architecture; he has been with Yezzi Associates for 15 years. He has a B.A. in architecture, is bi-lingual, and a member of AIA, USGBC, ICC. Giovanni serves as Project Architect/Project Manager for the majority of our projects. He has filled this role for the past ten years, scheduling and managing in-house staff and consultants for a wide range of engagements. He has extensive experience working with the Div. of Consumer Affairs, Office of Emergency Management, NJ Schools Development Authority and local code enforcement departments. He has expertise in grant applications and has assisted several clients in their pursuit of funding for their projects.

As Project Manager for award-winning municipal and educational projects throughout New Jersey, Giovanni has demonstrated his ability to coordinate staff and tasks, and meet the goals of our clients in a professional, efficient manner.

Giovanni also hosts continuing education seminars for Yezzi Associates to ensure that our professional staff stays abreast of the most up-to-date trends, materials and techniques that effect our industry.

Phil Reina has over 31 years of experience in architecture and project management. He joined Yezzi Associates 7 years ago and has become a valuable member of the firm. His credentials and professional affiliations are B.S. Architecture for NYIT, R.A. in New Jersey and New York, USGBC, and Prior Member of the AIA Board of Trustees. Phil has expertise in AutoCAD and other industry-related applications, including scheduling software. Prior to joining Yezzi Associates, Phil worked with NJ based architectural firms as a staff architect, project architect/ manager for a diverse clientele, including Municipal, Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Retail clients. Phil is currently providing services for several county and municipal projects, including law enforcement engagements.

Sara Reidmiller has been with Yezzi Associates for 3 years and since coming on board, she has been working closely with our Architects and Clients to make final finish and color selections, which is essential to the completion of a successful project. Her credentials are Graduate of Philadelphia University, Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, and Application Licensed Professional Interior Design and is currently pursuing her professional Interior Design License. She also prepared schematic & construction drawings under the supervision of all professional staff.
