Scope Of Work
The Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy Program uses complicated automation to prepare, fill and ship 112 Million prescriptions a year for Veteran patients. One of the first steps to the prescription process is to align the empty prescription bottles so that they are upright and can hold the tablets/capsules that are dispensed into them. Atriax developed construction documents for this “bottle descrambler” system which then feeds the correctly orientated bottle into the CMOP’s existing prescription filling process.
