Scope Of Work

Las Trampas is a non-profit that does amazing work supporting adults with developmental disabilities, despite a 1960s-era campus that was falling apart. Referred by an architect who admired our approach to getting work done, we guided Las Tramps through the entire first phase of their multi-million dollar project. We demolished three existing buildings and rebuilt them from the ground up, plus added a fourth—providing La Trampas with the updated classrooms, multi-purpose room, training kitchen, music and dance studios, and administrative offices they need to better serve their clients.
