Scope Of Work
Crooke Avenue in Brooklyn, NY provides 53 units of affordable, supportive housing in 52 studio and 1 one-bedroom apartment and 32,422 gross sq. ft. of residential space, with offices for supportive services. In addition to enhanced energy measures, the building also features community space, a garden and roof terrace.
The design & construction team included CAMBA Housing Ventures, developer; Dattner Architects; Abraham Joselow, Engineer; and general contractor Galaxy General Contracting. The Association for Energy Affordability, in its role as NYSERDA Partner, provided energy consulting and construction management services.
