Scope Of Work
This mixed use building will contain 68 units of affordable housing development for low-income seniors, together with a ground floor prekindergarten program.
With completion expected in 2018, it is being constructed to the International Passive House Standard. Association for Energy Affordability, Inc. is the sustainability and passive house consultant. We have worked with the project from pre-design through construction to ensure that building design and systems would produce a healthy, comfortable and resilient home for residents with low energy use and costs.
