Affordable housing for very low-income seniors, including formerly homeless individuals and couples. The building has 70 units, including 69 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom apartments, and 70,763 gross sq. ft. of residential space. In addition to enhanced energy measures, such as condensing boilers, the building also features community rooms, a recreation deck and lounge.
