Affordable housing for low and middle income families, with 291,333 gross sq. ft. of residential and commercial space. The project has 222 units, including 12 studio, 55 one-bedroom, 129 two-bedroom and 26 three-bedroom rental and ownership apartments. In addition to enhanced energy measures, such as a 288 panel PV array and a high efficiency prefabricated curtain wall, the building features green roofs, rainwater harvesting, a fitness center, community space, a vegetable garden, and an amphitheater.
