Scope Of Work
MTI completed the renovation and remodeling of the Vernon Hills Police Department located at 740 and 754 Lakeside Parkway in Vernon Hills, Illinois in 2015. Construction included demolition, renovation and an addition to the existing 20,000 square foot 754 police building, providing new offices, evidence storage, roll call and lounge areas, upgrading HVAC-RTU systems & controls, A/V systems and controls and removal and replacement of the entire roof system. It also included re-configuring and enlargement of the 740 communication building’s women’s and men’s locker rooms.
