Scope Of Work
Hope Manor III is the third supportive housing development in the U.S. designed specifically for Veterans with special needs and their families. Hope Manor III will have 67 units in a campus like setting consisting of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments in multiples of 3 story building. The building will be built around a park and will include playground facilities for the children. The wood frame buildings will be built on 3+ acres of land that was a part of the former Silver Cross Hospital. Hope Manor III follows the Hope Manor I & II veterans related projects, also built by Joseph J. Duffy Co. for VOA. This development will continue to help Veterans change & improve their lives by promoting self-sufficiency, building new skills, creating strong support & most importantly helping them to take part into the community. The architect is Worn Jerabek Wiltse Architects, P.C.
