R.C. Griffin was established in 1976 as a subsidiary of Conti & Donahue, Inc., a company with a legacy of service in theconstruction trades dating back to 1933. We are proud to continue this tradition of quality construction engineering and general contracting services.

Our assignments are diverse.  Teaming competent personnel with the right equipment enables us to perform construction tasks on a variety of projects, extending to health care facilities, bank and retail complexes, environmental building projects, hi-tech facilities and tenant “fit ups.” R.C. Griffinis constantly being utilized as a select list contractor by leading companies in the region, including General Electric, MIT Lincoln Laboratories, MITRE Corp, North Shore Medical Center, and Verizon.

Our services range from design, engineering, and site preparation to steel, concrete and masonry work, followed by oversight of various subcontracting trades, necessary frame and finish carpentry and any adjunct performance requirements.

R.C. Griffin managers assume an active role at all projects and can unequivocally state we have completed every project assigned to us. We are an open and merit shop general contractor, employing a core of industry professionals and craftsmen.

Our project activity reaches as high as $10 million annually, with bonding capacity in excess of $7 million.
