Scope Of Work
Construct new 14,000 s.f. two story retail store This new retail building was built on the site of an existing retail strip mall which was home to a number of businesses dating back to the turn of the century. With that history, the site had a number of environmental and geological issues to face and overcome. Through solid construction management, the new structural steel frame and EIFS facade building was built on schedule.
