Scope Of Work
Bracy was responsible for the general trades portion of this new three-story elementary school. Bracy’s contract totaled $3,097,436 for the 71,000 S.F. school. Bracy was responsible for the overhead and hollow metal doors, studs and drywall, column covers, athletic flooring, gym equipment, window treatments, toilet partitions and accessories, exterior wall systems and installing the elevators.
Bracy fabricated and installed intricate millwork throughout the school, all while working within the perimeters and requirements of a green project.
Jackson Elementary was a multi-prime project, so there was an immense effort placed on coordinating and communicating work progress and schedules alongside the other prime contractors.
