Scope Of Work
This project consisted of two buildings on the north end of Peoria Crossings retail development center. The 10,793 square foot Ulta Cosmetics building was developed to gray shell, Catherine's Dress Shop, at 4,050 square feet, included new construction and tenant improvements. Homes and Son met the owner's commitments to an intensely compressed 15 week timeline.
The Barclay Group also selected Homes & Son to complete an additional 10,000 square feet pad at Peoria Crossings.
