Scope Of Work
This customer had a long history of leaks at this bay window stack. UPSI was contracted to remove the stone, stucco and waterproofing from 3 floors, identify the problems, and perform repairs. Custom flashings, pot shelf sheet metal pans, and extensive waterproofing were engineered by UPSI and our partners. In the end, the elevation is indistinguishable from the others in the community and leak-free.
