Bob has over 30 years of accounting, finance and administration experience. As Chief Financial Officer Bob is responsible for the accounting and finance activities. Manages all banking, insurance, and legal relationships. He has extensive experience in managing banking relationships, financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash management. Bob joined Nordby Construction in 1999.

Craig Nordby's Bio
Craig has over 26 years of construction experience working his way up from project engineer to managing operations for Nordby Construction. As company CEO, Craig oversees project managers, project engineers, and field superintendents responsible for the construction phase of Nordby’s commercial building projects. Craig's responsibilities include coordinating, managing, and controlling all project activities. In addition, he is responsible for overall contracts, cost management, monitoring job progress, and Due Diligence Projects.

Jason Brown's Bio
As a Project Manager and Estimator for Nordby Construction Services, and General Manager of the Custom Projects Division of Nordby Construction Services, Jason Brown supports the team in all areas and is in charge of developing budgets for clients throughout preconstruction phases, bidding projects, managing the buy-out of awarded projects, managing the construction of projects, and leading the Custom Projects Division of Nordby Construction Services. Jason joined the Nordby team in November 2016 as a Project Manager/Estimator and has contributed to Nordby Construction Services’ continued success.
Jason is focused on working with our clients to understand the intentions they have regarding their projects’ unique characteristics and functions and developing a project strategy tailored to care for those intentions throughout the course of construction and providing the clients with a completed project that is satisfying for their business concerns as well as their customers’ comfort and enjoyment moving into the future. In his experience, Jason has learned to listen to individual Owners’ and their representatives to be sure projects are being designed and built in a way that meets their own specific conditions of satisfaction. Jason understands that every person is different, and every project is a Custom Project developed for the specifics defined by the Clients wishes and concerns.
While working with another General Contractor, Jason gained experience working within Project Management, performing work generally described by roles of Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager as well as working in Preconstruction and Estimating. Jason had the opportunity to work on projects in Commercial Development, Education Facilities, Hospitality, Multi-Family Residential and Custom Homes. With over twenty years of experience in the Construction Industry, Jason provides a unique combination of insight and thoughtfulness to every project he is involved with. Jason has a degree in Environmental Studies from California State University, Sacramento.
Jason enjoys cycling, hiking, spending time at the ocean and the coastal redwoods, gardening, listening to music and reading. In his spare time, you might find Jason riding his bike through West County, hiking along the coast, and most likely, with Mindy, enjoying a meal of home-grown vegetables, grilled in the back yard.
Tony Simmons's Bio
Tony has more than 20 years of construction experience as a journeyman carpenter, project estimator, project engineer, preconstruction and project manager. As a Partner & Director of Preconstruction Tony’s responsibilities include business development, project planning, competitive bidding, subcontractor solicitation and value engineering. As project manager, Tony’s primary responsibility is to successfully deliver the project by planning, coordinating, managing and controlling the construction process. He manages cost reporting, timeliness and owner satisfaction, and the relationships with the owner, design team, subcontractors, consultants and agencies. He conducts regular progress meetings with the construction team. Tony has worked on many successful projects including Wineries, Restaurants, healthcare facilities, churches, corporate office buildings, senior housing, libraries, and hospitality.

Ted Van Der Linden's Bio
As a Preconstruction leader and Director of Services of Nordby Construction Services, Ted van der Linden works directly with the closely with and team closely to ensure project performance and satisfaction. Bringing over 35 years of experience, Ted’s vast background ranges from journeyman carpenter, field superintendent, to estimator and preconstruction manager, and has deep green expertise in all aspects of sustainability and wellness. Today, he engages as both a tenured Preconstruction leader as well as Services Director, bringing thought leadership, a sensitive eye to design and detail, and open communication with all members of the project team. Ted joined the Nordby team to guide the continued growth of The Construction Services team.
Ted’s mantra is “we don’t inherit the earth from our ancestors, but rather we borrow it from our children.” It is this philosophy that drives his work every day. Ted is a big thinker, has always wanted to drive initiatives from start to finish and enjoys working with various teams. He is very active in CoreNet NorCal, NAOIP, USGBC, ILFI, DBIA-Western Pacific Region, Center for Construction Solutions (CSC), UAV Expo, Builtworlds Summits, and the USGBC Northern California Chapter.
Ted is an avid photographer, drone pilot, above-average golfer, tennis player, snowboarder, road cyclist and mountain biker and enjoys all areas of the Bay Area including Marin, San Francisco, Sonoma and Napa and the Monterey Peninsula.

Bill Baker's Bio
Bill has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry in such areas as project management, project buy out, estimating, plumbing, piping, and management expertise. As a project manager, Bill’s responsibility encompasses the project delivery process as he manages, controls, and coordinates all project activities, manages and monitors contracts, purchasing, change orders, job schedules, and conducts weekly jobsite meetings to monitor progress and safety. Bill has managed many successful projects-new construction, wineries, tenant improvements, and seismic retrofit, including high-rise buildings, laboratories, residential buildings, retail stores, and other commercial buildings.

Deanna Alexander's Bio
Deanna Alexander joined Nordby Construction Services in September of 2018 as a Project Manager. In addition to her role managing projects, she assists the team by managing technology for the company and being a sounding board for strategic thinking and new ideas.
Deanna Alexander is focused on providing turn-key project services to Nordby clients by handling everything from permitting, project planning and scheduling, budget development and management along with safety, quality, and beyond. In her experience, Deanna has learned to develop strong partnerships with clients, design team members, subcontractors and the local agencies to support timely project turnover and customer satisfaction.
As a Project Manager with Nordby, Deanna has worked on commercial projects of various size and complexity for some of our best clients, including Treasury Wine Estates and Oakmont Village Association. Before joining the Nordby team, she worked on some of the most technically complex projects in Silicon Valley for Fortune 500 companies. Deanna has a degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Deanna has completed the Business Professional’s Course with The Aji Network and has continued to join their LEIP Program.
Deanna enjoys playing card games, exploring local breweries and cafes, and enjoying good food. In her spare time, you will find Deanna enjoying time with her family, working on projects around the house, watching soccer, or playing racquetball.
