Our Story
RACO General Contractors, Inc. was founded in 1952 by Harry P. Kuniansky with the sole purpose of building high quality warehouse and manufacturing facilities. Harry started the company with two basic guidelines: honesty and a straight-forward approach. These principles have earned RACO a reputation that gives our clients the confidence they need throughout the process of site selection and evaluation, pre-construction, design, estimating, final pricing, permitting and the final stage of construction. Our objective is to make the client's experience an uncomplicated and enjoyable one. Over our long history we have built over 65,000,000 S.F. of space for G.E. Appliance, Publix Super Markets, Kellogg's, Caterpillar, John Deere, United Distributors and many other brand names, with a combined value topping $2,000,000,000. Along the way we also developed and leased several industrial parks for our own account, including Gwinnett 316, Jackson 85 Distribution Center, Northwest Industrial and Amwiler Industrial parks.
