CHALLENGES
It really is all about the details. The open remodel of this Naperville steakhouse was going according to plan until we discovered a brick matching issue between the outside walls and the new interior walls. After reaching out to many masons and brick representatives, we found the exact match, but it was only available through one particular supplier and the lead time would be six weeks.
GALLANT SOLUTION
To avoid any disruptions to our client’s patrons, Gallant worked early in the morning and in a non-traditional sequence. We rearranged our schedule and worked with the management staff to accommodate brick delivery time. Our team also completed all the ductwork and framing before the new brick was installed, saving both prep and labor time.
RESULTS
The Sullivan’s owners were thrilled with their refreshed steakhouse, complete with matching brick on the inside and out.
