Scope Of Work
After a massive fire tragically destroyed Buyer’s Flea Market, the largest indoor/outdoor flea market in the Chicagoland area, Leopardo was selected as the design-builder to reconstruct the new facility. Buyer’s Flea Market has been serving the area for more than 30 years and provides a space for hundreds of merchants selling a variety of wares, from food to clothing and jewelry. The new 150,000-square-foot facility, located in Chicago’s West Humboldt Park neighborhood, includes 411 rooftop parking spaces.
