82,050-SF two-story new Chicago Public Library branch and 66,500-SF, four-story affordable housing for seniors
Library features an open floor plan, abundant natural light, bursts of color, graduated staircase with cushioned seating, early-learning play space for young children, YOUMedia space for teens, as well as flexible space for community meetings or independent study
Uniquely contains 44 apartment units, on the floors above the library, each with its own recessed balcony and unique color
Tenant amenities include a Fitness room and access to the rooftop green space
