17,000-SF fixed-base operation (FBO) terminal located completed for Signature Flight Support at Boston Logan International Airport
Featured a first-floor terminal, second-floor management and administration offices, ground support equipment shops, large lobby, customer service desk, seating areas, coffee bar, phone/internet room, restrooms and vending areas
Private VIP center with separate street and ramp-side entrances for use by visiting dignitaries
Passenger lounge with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a clerestory window allowing sunlight to flow in from the vaulted room structure
Conference rooms with high-tech audiovisual technology including Wi-Fi access, remote plasma computer connections along with security and baggage checkpoints
High-end granite flooring and cherry millwork
Incorporated green architectural elements, including environmentally-friendly building products, energy-efficient systems and environmentally-sensitive construction practices
