Founded in 1908 by Daniel P. Bergin, and incorporated in 1910, Chicago Heights Construction Company is a general contractor that has proven to be a reliable company capable of persevering in all economic conditions.  C.H.C.C. is actively involved in our local community organizations including humanitarian, educational, arts, and not-for-profit.

C.H.C.C. is bonded, insured, and licensed in the State of Illinois.  We are also qualified with the Capital Development Board (CDB).

In addition to contracting certifications, we follow strict industry guidelines incorporating standards set by the EPA and OSHA. This is our way of ensuring every detail of a project is addressed and the work is exceptional.
