Scope Of Work
This project is a new 30 unit condominium complex
Scope: Demolition of an existing building. Excavation and site utilities. New concrete foundations and slabs. Structural steel frame. Interior partitions. Exterior brick veneer. Construction of underground parking garage. Passenger elevator. All interior finishes, including custom casework. Installation of new plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical.
This building currently houses 30 condominium units.
