As the firm’s President, Brian leverages his two decades of construction industry experience to lead some of the firm's most complex and high-profile projects. He mentors the Project Management and Field Teams to remain vigilant about instituting the company’s best practices on every job we undertake. Brian has a BS in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a LEED® AP BD&C. 

Eileen Olsen has worked at W.T. Rich Company for over 20 years.  As Corporate Secretary Eileen assists in a wide array of responsibilities including, but not limited to, the documentation and requirements associated with Massachusetts Chapter 149 and 149A projects, insurance and bonding verification; MBE/WBE, CORI and workforce compliance, diversity and certified payroll.

Jonathan joined W.T. Rich Company in 2003 and leads the company as its Chief Executive Officer. A Harvard Business School graduate with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Jon has traveled the globe working closely with senior leaders from some of the world’s largest companies such as Nokia, Microsoft, Chase, Nike, Motorola, Cathay Pacific, and CIGNA. Jon currently plays a direct role in the firm’s business development and construction implementation efforts, building upon our current core capabilities to ensure continued growth and future success. 

Mike joined W.T. Rich Company in 2010. As the CFO, Mike is responsible for all financial obligations of the company. On Massachusetts Chapter 149 and 149A projects, there can be substantial accounting requirements in terms of subcontractor documentation, statutory obligations, and owner needs. Mike serves as the primary point of contact for accounts payable and accounts receivable. He is responsible for reviewing all requisitions, contracts, purchase orders and change orders. In addition, he assumes full responsibility for human resource issues such as company payroll, employee and union benefits and certified payroll processing. Mike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA, 

Walter is the soul and spirit of W.T. Rich Company. His values, honesty, passion, sense of pragmatism and fair-mindedness have become deeply instilled in the firm’s culture and way of operating. Walter possesses over fifty years of construction experience. 

Sunny Mak joined W.T. Rich Company in 2005 and has over 34 years of construction estimating experience. In addition to this extensive practical experience, Sunny also utilizes both a Master’s in Business Administration and a BS in Civil Engineering to lead the estimating team in the development of accurate and realistic conceptual and hard bid estimating. Sunny is also a critical part of our firm’s exemplary preconstruction due diligence and value management services. 

Alex Corbett joined W.T. Rich Company in January 2017 and has 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He has maintained client satisfaction in all projects through his ability to mitigate challenges.  As Project Manager, he utilizes his strong communication and relationship skills to lead project teams and effectively facilitate coordination between the design team and subcontractors.  This active collaboration ensures that issues are dealt with efficiently and that project goals are met.

Andrew Farrell has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He started as an Assistant Project Manager and has advanced to Project Manager. His background spans various municipal, academic and residential projects ranging from $20M to $135M.  As Project Manager,  Andrew will proactively manage all aspects of his projects from preconstruction through to close-out, delivering on all owner requirements. His proven leadership skills ensure that issues are dealt with efficiently and project goals are met.

Bethany recently joined the W.T. Rich team and brings over 10 years of industry experience. She started as a Project Engineer and worked her way to a Project Manager.  Her background spans various large, academic and commercial projects ranging from $20M to $160M. As a Project Manager, Bethany will proactively manage all aspects of her projects from preconstruction through to close-out, delivering on all owner requirements.  

Davida joined the W.T. Rich team in 2014 and has over 12 years of construction experience. Davida is known to owners, OPM’s and Designers as a technically astute Project Manager with a highly productive management style and an extremely proactive problem-solver in the face of project challenges.  As a LEED Accredited professional, Davida also serves as our LEED Implementation Manager on numerous projects. 

Evan joined the W.T. Rich team in 2007. His duties include a full array of project management responsibilities, oversight of field operations and coordination with field superintendents, demonstrating a proactive management style on several of the firm’s more complex projects. As an experienced LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) with expertise at overseeing and managing the LEED compliance and certification process, Evan also serves as our LEED Implementation Manager and has achieved the targeted LEED Certification on numerous projects. Evan has a BS in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Harvey Eskenas has worked in the construction industry for over two decades, spending the majority of that time as a Lead Project Manager on diverse large, commercial construction projects. As Senior Project Manager for W.T. Rich Company, Harvey is responsible for coordinating and managing the necessary resources throughout the lifecycle of our projects. Supported by a BS in Civil Engineering Northeastern University and an MS in Civil Engineering U-Mass Lowell, Harvey utilizes both his extensive technical ability and business and risk management skills to ensure the highest results on all projects that he oversees. 

Kirk Balcom offers over 15 years of construction industry experience, joining W.T. Rich in 2015. Kirk has in-depth experience managing a diverse range of large-scale projects that include several patient-care facilities as well as the new construction of K-12 schools. Since joining W.T. Rich Company in 2015, Kirk has become a valued member of the project management team. Kirk has a BS in Construction Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a licensed Construction Supervisor.

Kyle Leone joined W.T. Rich in 2017 as an Assistant Project Manager, and has experience working on various academic and residential projects.  His dedication and field experience quickly promoted him to Project Manager.  Kyle maintains client satisfaction on every project through his ability to communicate, collaborate and mitigate challenges.  As Project Manager, Kyle’s responsibilities include a full array of project management tasks, oversight of field operations and coordination with field superintendents.

Mike Barry recently joined the W.T. Rich team with over 14 years of experience in the construction and design industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge to our team having spent the last 11 years as a Project Manager for Mass DOT where he managed multi million dollar projects.  Mike collaborates successfully with architects, owners and team staff to ensure a successful project for all his clients. 

Mike has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His in-depth expertise has led him to develop and implement specific W.T. Rich company programs for Quality Control, Standard Operating Procedures, Recruitment and Resource Planning.

Norm O’Brien has over 30 years of experience in a safety management role on a diverse portfolio of construction projects. Norm brings his senior leadership skills and his in-depth safety qualifications to W.T. Rich to maintain and further develop our comprehensive safety program. As Safety Director, Norm develops, implements and enforces site-specific safety plans for all projects that W.T. Rich undertakes. Additionally, he leads weekly on-site safety meetings, and conducts safety preconstruction meetings, safety inspections, and training, ensures regulatory compliance and issues safety fines if needed. Norm takes a preemptive approach to job site safety and works both in-house and on site to ensure our teams are positioned and accountable for achieving accident-free work sites. Norm has a BA in Management from Boston College and a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Safety & Health from Northeastern University.

Tom Hood has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years on various large commercial construction projects ranging from $10 million to $100 million. Tom offers deep project management experience and a longstanding reputation as a proactive communicator with extensive technical construction knowledge. Tom attended the Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License.

Gene joined W.T. Rich Company in 2019 and has over 20 years of IT experience all within the construction industry.  Gene has a deep understanding of all aspects of Information Technology and is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting W.T. Rich Company’s entire LAN/WAN infrastructure, IT Hardware, and IT Software.  Focusing on efficiency and innovation, Gene also leads the company’s current and future IT Strategies and works cross-functionally with all departments ensuring our employees have the finest technologies available to them for all aspects of their job performance and project delivery.

John Rich has worked in the construction industry for three decades and is consistently regarded by designers, owners, and subcontractors as an exceptional talent in the construction field. As an operations leader of our field teams, John draws from his extensive technical construction knowledge and his deep experience running large, challenging projects to ensure all team members strive to exceed project requirements regardless of the level of complexity. John has a degree from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Building Technology.
