Eric Hall 's Bio
Eric started in the trenches of construction at 12 years old, came aboard in 1996, and steadily worked his way into a pair of shiny shoes at Triplett Wellman. You’ll still see him on the jobsite with his work boots on, as his real passion is being on the front lines. Eric is as persistent as an infantry soldier – a much needed trait for the complicated projects he tackles – and you can always count on him to show up and provide his best, no matter what.
In Eric’s downtime, you’ll find him kicking his feet up with a fishing pole, or on two wheels, enjoying the Pacific NW air. We keep reminding him to watch out for SUV’s; looks like it hurts when you run into one.
Gene Wellman's Bio
Gene is the man you want on your side. One of our Founding Fathers, he’s fierce when it comes to project delivery. His knowledge of construction is so vast; we don’t think he even knows what he knows. Gene always has his eye on the big picture and acts accordingly. His hands-on approach enables him to ensure the projects run smoothly. Not surprising, as he has over four decades of construction experience!
The man puts on so many different hats in one day that we can’t believe he hasn’t lost his mind. Budgets. Manpower. Materials. Equipment. OAC Meetings. Pre-Bid Meetings. Investor Meetings. The list goes on and on… and he still finds time for clamming, crabbing, fishing, and family. He claims to seldom sleep. Hmm, wonder why??
Nick Wellman's Bio
Nick is our comedian in the office. We’re not quite sure how that is possible, as he’s usually elbow deep in work, but he can always manage to make people laugh. Nick came aboard in 1999 and is following through with the Triplett Wellman Legacy. His problem solving tactics are superb and he always delivers. Nick is so dedicated to his budgeting and digitizing screen, we rarely see him away from his desk. In fact, some of us wonder if he’s stuck to his chair.
When Nick finally gets away from his desk, he can be found exploring, fishing, golfing, ‘creating some of the best BBQ that the Pacific NW has to offer’ on his Traeger, and most importantly, spending time with family. We’re all (still) waiting to taste that BBQ.
Steve Duch 's Bio
Steve would have been a polar bear in another life. His desire to spend every waking moment on the “tundra” riding his snowmobile is second only to his passion of working hard for his project Owners. He joined our pack in 2000 and has been grooming the trails ever since. Like a polar bear, Steve is very observant and instinctively knows how to negotiate every situation, and break the ice when necessary.
Steve is a father to three boys who keep him extremely busy. He is also an exercise fanatic – spending hours in the gym each night. When he isn’t working, at the gym, coaching, or riding his “sled” – Steve and his wife enjoy family camping and fishing trips to anyplace in the snow.

Darryl Giorgini 's Bio
Originally from Massachusetts, Darryl traveled from one coast to the other in search of the perfect company to call home. He finally found it in 1995, right here at Triplett Wellman! One of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, Darryl facilitates communication between trades like few others. And bringing 37 years of experience to the table, we’re always confident our projects will go off without a hitch when Darryl is behind the wheel (or handlebars!).
With three kids and a lovely wife, it’s tough to find time for fun, but outside of work motorcycles are Darryl’s main passion (though the man’s no joke with a golf club in his hand!). With a helmet on his head and two wheels underneath him, Darryl is always ready for adventure!
David Rappleyea 's Bio
David may have come aboard on April 1st, but his 22 years of experience is nothing to laugh about! Our newest Superintendent, David’s eager to prove that he can handle every aspect of our diverse project portfolio. From the Ground Breaking to the Grand Opening, David will have your project under control!
On the weekends (after he sets down his hammer or his notepad) he’s quick to fill his hands with a fishing pole or a golf club. This guy stays busy!
Dillon Hall 's Bio
What Dillon lacks in experience, he makes up for with enthusiasm and intelligence. The son of Eric Hall, he’s been helping out Triplett Wellman off and on for several years, and (finally!) came aboard full-time in 2016. Dillon is eager to learn every aspect of not only successful construction, but also successful business. He’s eager to climb the corporate ladder and one day share the throne with his father!
When Dillon isn’t giving it his all in the office, he’s probably giving it his all in an eSports tournament instead! Recently reaching prize-winning levels in a local Fighting Game Tournament, Dillon has proven that he can achieve great things when he sets his mind to it.
Greg Yoder 's Bio
Greg is a farmer. What does that have to do with construction? Farmers look at the whole picture. Farmers aren’t just concerned about today’s tasks; they are concerned about tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. That is what makes Greg such an excellent Superintendent. He focuses, not only on the details, but the grand scheme of things, as well. He pours over construction documents with the perseverance of a hunter– to be certain he can build the project in his sleep. He probably could anyway – he’s been building since 1975.
What does Greg do on his days off? He claims he’s camping, fishing, barbecuing, or watching football. But you know he’s really walking through his filbert orchard with a shotgun; hunting squirrels.
Joe Gregg 's Bio
Joe’s been a team player ever since he joined us in 1993, and he’s worked his way up the chain of command to his current seat as Project Superintendent. His diligence and dedication to his projects know no bounds, and he’s always striving to learn and better himself. He creates a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for everybody on-site, leading to a motivated and cooperative work environment. Skilled in construction, software and hardware, Joe is always a valuable asset on any site!
In his spare time, you’ll often find Joe with a airsoft gun in his hands, stalking the most dangerous game of all: man. If the weather doesn’t allow, you might just see him cruising the stars in the popular online sci-fi simulator Elite Dangerous.
Lynn Storlie 's Bio
Lynn Storlie has 38 years experience in the construction industry including 25 years as a project superintendent for Triplett Wellman. He has been involved in numerous K-12 school, church, and retail projects and has always met the challenges successfully. His experience is in new construction as well as extremely complex and short duration remodels. Lynn has a thorough understanding of subcontractor disciplines and works well with all members of the project team. Lynn’s personal goal is to create an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation on projects he supervises so that the construction experience is not only successful but also a pleasant experience for all involved.
May Nguyen 's Bio
May’s background studying Architectural design gives a unique perspective to the office, and who doesn’t love to have a fresh pair of trained eyes for tackling problems? A University of Oregon grad, May is excited and hopeful for her future in construction. Her experience in graphic design has proven invaluable, while her enthusiasm for the work helps drive our projects forward!
Outside of construction, May’s biggest passion is dogs! From the tiniest Yorkshire Terrier to the biggest Alaskan Husky, she loves them all! When she’s not working hard on submittals and proposals, you’ll probably see her snuggling with one of her pups, or out taking them for a walk!
Randy Small 's Bio
Randy teed off with Triplett Wellman in 1991. His focus on follow-through is impeccable, as it should be, since he’s been swinging (a hammer) since he was ten years old. Randy has the drive of a Golf Pro and is careful to inspect every job – just like he’d carefully judge the yardage of a hole and any surrounding hazards. His quest for a Double Eagle shines through on all of his projects.
When Randy finally reaches the 19th Hole at work – he heads to the nearest golf course for another nine. Occasionally, you’ll catch him with a salmon rod, reeling in a big one.
Robb Moser 's Bio
Robb first threw his line in with Triplett Wellman in 2004, working from the office as a Project Manager. Since then he has also been cast as an on-site Project Manager and now as a Project Superintendent. This experience has provided Robb with knowledge of projects from both the office and field perspectives. Working in the construction industry for over 29 years, Robb’s experience with a variety of new and re-model construction gives him not only extensive knowledge, but creative problem solving skills which serve the best interest of our clients, sub-contractors and employees as well.
On days off you will typically find him with a rod in his hand casting for “the big one,” tying the next great dry-fly, or with his wife Kathy enjoying family (especially his grandkids) around the grill or on the water.
Ron Faley 's Bio
Ron is Washington-born (grew up right in Ridgefield), but since working with us he’s crossed the Oregon border countless times. In fact, Ron’s been with us through thick and thin for longer than some of our youngest employees have even been alive! He first joined the team in 1993, and since then he’s been working his way diligently up the ladder to the prestigious rank of Project Superintendent.
One of the best aspects of construction is the comradery that forms throughout the life of a project, and nowhere is that better exemplified than through Ron’s dedication to his crew. It’s no surprise that a guy like that loves nothing more than to simply come home and spend time with his family!
Ryan Flosdorf 's Bio
Ryan has been with Triplett Wellman for about a year now, but he brings over 15 years of industry experience to the project team. His previous projects have included airports, commercial buildings, and roadways for high volume clients such as Wal-Mart, ADOT, United State Army Corps of Engineers and Caltrans. He holds a BSE degree from Arizona State University in Planning. Ryan has had the opportunity to oversee numerous projects from conception to completion, while providing excellent coordination with each project team member. His experience in all facets of the projects’ daily work from schedules, submittals, permitting and inventory, to contracts, licenses and on-site coordination, allow him to immediately engage in any project, all while setting high standards of safety. Ryan prides himself in ensuring quality construction standards, including analyzing, managing and mitigating risks to ensure the use of proper construction techniques.
Passionate to say the least, Ryan bleeds green on Sundays in the fall. Born and raised outside of “The City of Brotherly Love,” he is a big Philadelphia sports fan, through the ups (few) and the downs (many). Ryan is new to the Northwest and would like to hike every trail he possibly can, and he’s making pretty good progress so far!
Scott Bennett 's Bio
Like the hawk that sits high in the trees, Scott has been watching over TW jobsites since 2000; diving into each project with a keen eye and significant skill. He takes great pride in all of his work and pays great attention to detail. When it comes to challenges on the jobsite, the swift hunter is very innovative and always hits his mark. Scott is highly knowledgeable in construction, as he should be – he’s been at it since 1978!
When Scott isn’t seizing a problem or soaring away with a solution, he can be found spending time with his grandchildren. We also hear he is a closet baseball fanatic, (but only when his Red Sox are in the hunt), and has quite the green thumb (but don’t tell him we told you so).
Tim Mccullaugh's Bio
Tim stepped up to the plate for us in 2007 and has been our ‘clean-up’ hitter ever since. He has managed more projects in his 15 year construction history, than the NY Yankees have World Championships. From medical buildings to schools, police stations, and other complex projects, Tim will change his swing with energy, enthusiasm and the intent to hit a grand slam. A fierce competitor, Tim will work extremely hard to make your project seem easy – just like batting practice.
As a die-hard fan of the New York Yankees, Tim is dreaming of returning to the House That Ruth Built. He loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters, and the occasional round of golf.
Finance & Accounting
Cindy Storlie 's Bio
Cindy has been our daily breath of fresh air, since 1997. (Except for the few times we’ve walked through her office and smoke is billowing above her calculator from high-speed number crunching.) Cindy brings such warmth to the office. Her warm-hearted attitude helps everyone – co-workers and clients alike – to relax and breathe in the most stressful situations.
When Cindy isn’t happily pounding away on her calculator, she’s spending time with her family or baking up a storm.
Jackie Ross 's Bio
Jackie joined the Triplett Wellman team in 2005 and has been busy as a beaver ever since. She has spent countless hours implementing a company-wide software change and still managed to pay the bills on time! We’re all surprised she hasn’t chipped a tooth yet! Jackie will send emails in the middle of the night and still have a smile on her face in the morning!
When Jackie finally takes a break from her piles of work, she still keeps busy. She’s a family gal and is crafty to boot. Scrapbooking is a favorite pastime, as well as camping with her husband and two young boys – which we all know is A LOT of work.

Bev Heffington's Bio
Bev is our freshest face at Triplett Wellman. She joined our team the summer of 2014 and brought with her a hefty volume of office experience. With small stature and large personality, Bev’s the perfect ‘face’ of Triplett Wellman. Her bright smile and friendly voice are the first thing you encounter here at Triplett Wellman, and she’s always careful to send you in the right direction. Her organizational skills are exceptional and her determination would make a knight cower.
In her spare time, Bev spends time with her teenage daughter – living life to its fullest and fleeing from Canadian Geese. (You should ask her about it sometime). Keep those running shoes close, Bev!
