Scope Of Work
Renovation of existing bathrooms and locker rooms approx. 2,500 square feet. Demolition of existing swimming pool and pump house and construction of new Swimming pool, pumphouse and all supporting equipment and water features, as well as, Cornhole Courts, Shuffle Board Courts, Disc Golf Holes, a new Cedar Gazebo, Sail Shade structures and the relocation of an existing pavilion.
The pool itself is a 200,000 gallon “L” shaped swimming pool with a “Zero Entry” and 11’ deep end with a spring diving board, starting blocks, 120’ long 25’ tall vortex water slide, tot slide, water jelly and umbrella features complete with a new 25’x 25’ pumphouse.
