Scope Of Work

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Katy – Katy, Texas New two-story 36,400 SF Medical Office for the nation's first accountable care organization certified by NCQA, located on Westpark Tollway and the Grand Parkway near Katy, Texas.  Houses 16 physicians in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, dermatology and other specialties.  Includes a pharmacy, clinical laboratory, two x-ray rooms, and space for additional ancillary services.  The front entry features an open two-story rotunda area, and the wait areas feature an abundance of natural light.  Gamma completed this project in nine months on a construction manager at risk basis.

Since completion of this project, Gamma has delivered 350,000 sf of new medical office space to Kelsey-Seybold over a two-year period.
