Scope Of Work

This project consisted of additions and alterations that comprise the Phase 2 improvements to the Courthouse complex of buildings. Phase 2 addresses building and programmatic needs within the pre-2012 buildings.  Phase 2 additions and alterations include 4,385 square feet of new construction on two stories, 4,760 square feet for historic restoration on two levels, and 10,295 square feet of existing renovated space on three stories.  The scope of additions and renovation of existing spaces includes selective demolition, new structural intervention, new partitions, all new mechanical, plumbing, limited area clean-agent fire protection, electrical systems, data-communication systems, and all new finishes. Systems furnishings and extensions of existing access-control, CCTV, and duress alarm systems are also included.
