Scope Of Work
This buildout and tenant renovation was performed by Collective Construction & Design in one of the busiest hotels in Florida — The Marriott Hotel at Miami International Airport. Excellent project planning and execution were imperative in order not to disturb the day-to-day business of the hotel and its guests while the work was being performed.
The floor plan of the restaurant is a series of sweeping semi-circles executed in brushed metal, masonry and wood. This, along with the airy floor plan and earth tone decor give the space a feeling of airiness while capturing the feel and excitement of one of the busiest airports in the entire country, if not the world.
In 2010, Arthur Kubli received an Aurora Award for General Contracting and Management work performed: Complete remodel with an addition to combine existing restaurant and separate Bar/Lounge to a restaurant integrated into a “Great Room” lobby concept.
