Scope Of Work
Kirwan Surgical is a three-time repeat client. Callahan/Hoffman built their original 30,000 square foot building 22 years ago, added another 20,000 square foot manufacturing addition 16 years ago, and we now added 40,000 square foot of first-class office space with a two-story glass façade. This is a multi-phase project. First a new parking lot, septic system and leaching field had to be created to allow the addition to be built on the present parking lot area. Careful integration into the existing structure has been required to facilitate the ongoing business.
We were awarded this $7 million project on a negotiated construction management basis during the design development phase based on our past performance and reputation. This project has just been completed.
