Scope Of Work
Twining Properties entrusted Curtis Construction Company as Construction Managers for 47 Bishop Allen Drive, a lot adjacent to the main site containing a condemned 3-level parking garage requiring demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new 4-story, 25,000 square foot multifamily residential building. Now called the Union House, the project was designed by Bruner/Cott and Associates and was built using cost-effective and sustainable wood framing, reducing framing costs and speeding up the construction process.
