Scope Of Work
Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. (PCCI) provided general
contracting services of construction for a 1,460 square foot building which will be used for a BP Mini-Mart and Gas Station located on Merritt
Boulevard in Baltimore City, MD.
This project is completed and construction activities included the following:
slab on grade
split face masonry walls
storefront
extensive casework
demolition of existing kiosk
asphalt shingle roof on wood trusses
driveway for existing car wash
all electrical, plumbing and HVAC work
