Scope Of Work
Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. (PCCI) performed Construction Management services for the renovation of this regional shopping center. Major tenants such as WalMart, Burlington Coat Factory, Dicks Sporting Goods, Hoyt’s Cinema, Allfirst Bank, Friendly’s, Outback Steakhouse, and Carraba’s were added to the center.
PCCI worked closely with the Owner to coordinate and schedule construction improvements along with maintaining a tight construction budget. These improvements were phased in over a two (2) year period of time.
