Scope Of Work
As a team build member, PCCI worked with CCNC (Country Club of North Carolina) and their selected designers to construct a 5,394 sf Tennis and Fitness Building which serves as the Club’s main tennis center for their members. The building is also home to a fitness center, member shower rooms, and a parking lot, exterior patio’s, and lower level exercise spaces. This two-story steel and wood framed building was nestled into a gently sloping site and includes magnificent lake views on one side with slightly elevated viewing platforms of the club’s tennis courts on two of the three remaining elevations.
