Frederick/Waldorf/Potomac Mills, MD
Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. (PCCI) successfully completed three (3) Red River Run Barbeque & Grill projects for Pro River, Inc. The western themed restaurants were approximately 6,000 square feet in size. Construction services on these projects varied from converting a previous Sizzler Restaurant to the concept. Brand construction from the ground-up including full site work, exterior masonry and a custom built stone fireplace. Standard electrical, HVAC, mechanical and plumbing completed the Western themed restaurant. PCCI completed this project on time and within budget.
