Scope Of Work

Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. (PCCI) is currently providing
general contracting services to St. Mathews Episcopal Church. We are renovating the church which was originally built in 1826 following a
reorganization of St. Matthew’s Parrish. The scope of work includes
masonry and stone restoration work and replacement of Buckingham slate roof with a synthetic slate to ensure the integrity of the original structure. PCCI is also providing the site work for this project which includes adding a decorative brick paving sidewalk, pier lighting, custom copper gutters and a slate stair.

The interior work includes a comprehensive up-fit which will include the
following:

selective demolition
plaster restoration
custom hard wood flooring
slate tiling
carpet
brass railing
faux finishing and inscriptions
complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm system upgrade.
