Scope Of Work
Site demo, site grading, over-excavation, export of 2000.00 yards of dirt along with all work necessary to building 3 new science lab, one classroom and ADA upgrade of the existing bathroom in the adjacent building. The scope of work includes a new foundation, new structural steel framing, wood framing, new utilities, new fume hoods, new acid resistance plumbing, new HVAC, new electrical, fire alarm, low voltage and all applicable finishes for very modern looking science annex. On the exterior, we provided decorative concrete, landscaping, etc.
