Scope Of Work
Demolition of all interior and selective structure of # school Building totaling 30,000.00 Sq. Ft. Then Structurally upgrading the building and provide new electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, framing, misc. concrete work, doors, windows, drywall, tack able surface along with all necessary low voltage work in order to provide new classrooms and computer lab inside these buildings. On the exterior of the building provide a new sidewalk, ramps, curb, gutter, and handrail in order to make the site ADA compliant.
