Scope Of Work
ADOLPH JOHNSON AND SON CO. (AJS) Was
selected for construction of two pre-engineered
buildings, eight wood framed structures, fencing
and gates spread across the new race course
property. Specifically, AJS erected the following
buildings: Jockey/Administration, Maintenance,
Material Storage, Vehicle Storage, Pony Shed,
Paddock, Manure, Timers and Warming Shed.
All buildings constructed by AJS were
preformed as design build.
