Bryan has been involved in all facets of the business aspect of HBC. From Field Supervision to Project Management and, most recently, to Business Development and Marketing, his experience has made him invaluable to HBC's staff as well as its clients. His current role in leading HBC's Business Development and Marketing efforts, as well as Administration and Operations of the Orange County office, allows him to stay involved with all facets of the business on a daily basis. 
 

Mark Fuller has managed the construction of diverse and complex projects. He has extensive experience working in major high-rise office buildings involving intensive pre-construction services, such as budgeting, cost analysis, scheduling, management of subcontractors and quality control. He has a strong ability to maintain excellent relationships with the design firm, tenant and landlord. His professionalism has been invaluable to the successful completion of a wide range of major projects.

Matt’s extensive executive-level experience with large, complex projects has included working with clients such as Cedars-Sinai, DreamWorks Animation, Mastro’s Restaurants, Sony Pictures, and the University of Southern California, among others.  Throughout his successful career, Matt has developed lucrative relationships with industry colleagues, and multiple projects that he has worked on have won various awards within the industry.  Matt currently assists with the day-to-day operations at the Los Angeles office and serves as an additional layer of executive support for HBC’s project teams.

Mr. Howard has gained a wealth of experience during his time in the construction business. In addition to interior improvement knowledge, he has built shell & core structures ranging from restaurant and medical to office and industrial. Mr. Howard has also developed over 1.5 million square feet of mid and high rise office buildings and mixed-use projects, over 1,000 apartment and condominium units, and he has rehabilitated historical buildings. This vast reservoir of experience proves quite useful during a project's life, especially in the pre-construction phase. Mr. Howard believes that the keys to managing a project to a successful conclusion are: an experienced contractor's team dedicated to its assigned project; thoroughness, which is especially important in the weekly construction operations; and open lines of communication.

Mr. McGunnigle brings to each project not only his vast expertise as a project manager on commercial projects, but years of experience serving on the job as a project superintendent. His strengths are excellent in regard to client and architect relationships, attention to detail, organization and communication skills. As a principal of HBC, he becomes actively involved in all major projects during the pre-construction services phase through final tenant occupancy.

Adam Herig has a proven track record overseeing all phases of tenant improvement construction, and he is particularly adept at handling technical and intricate projects. As an organized and motivational project executive, he adds an additional layer of support for HBC’s projects while keeping the team energized and passionate about the work at hand. Adam provides maximum response, leverages strong subcontractor relationships, and establishes excellent communications with design firms and the client.
