Scope Of Work
This was an addition of a 31-bed medical surgical unit to the existing hospital, CBC, Occupancy Type Institutional Group I-1, Construction Type I-A, with automatic fire sprinklers. Work includes plumbing equipment, piping, concrete flatwork, and electrical connections, with patch and repair as required.
