Scope Of Work
Tenant finish in new construction “core and shell”. Project included installation of plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, sprinkler, and HVAC systems. We installed kitchen equipment, serving counters, millwork, framing, drywall, flooring, acoustic ceiling. Final touches included painting then the assembly and installation of the owners furniture, menu boards, and artwork.
