Scope Of Work
This project consisted of two buildings, with a total area of 33,170 square feet. Both buildings were structural steel, with a combination of stained wood siding/cultured stone veneer as the skin. Each feature a high roof area supported by glu-lam beams, and covered with sheet metal panels. Sierra built the Village to a vanilla shell state, with the finish work to be done by future tenants. Site work included asphalt paving, sidewalks, and landscaping. Built to serve the rapidly expanding Redmond Ridge area, the Village includes a total of 20 retail spaces, with suites varying in size between 1,093 and 3,560 square feet.
Building F is a 7,581 square foot retail building designed for one to three tenants. Building G is a 9,623 square foot retail building designed for up to seven tenants. The exterior utilizes CMU, wood siding and steel canopies to successfully complement the existing buildings. Built next to a wetland buffer, native landscaping was used create a seamless transition from development to the areas natural habitat.
