Scope Of Work
This project included the ground up construction of a 40,925 square foot Walmart Neighborhood Market on a 12 acre site in Nampa, ID. The earthwork on this site included one large seepage bed (underground storm water management area) and two permanent storm water infiltration ponds to manage all of the onsite storm water. The earthwork also included changing the farming irrigation ditch that ran through the site to an underground pipe. This project was comprised of exposed slab on grade concrete, CMU walls, stone veneer, structural steel, steel joists, metal decking, architectural woodwork, EIFS, metal roof panels, TPO roofing, aluminum framed storefront and automatic sliding doors, fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, siphonic roof drain system, refrigeration, and electrical. This project included a Pharmacy, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery. This project also included intersection improvements at Roosevelt Ave. and Middleton Rd. A new traffic light and illumination were installed and the farming irrigation ditches were converted to underground pipe.
