Chris Carey & Co., incorporated in 1989, has been built to prominence through a combination of artistic sensibilty, dedication to detail, and exemplary customer service. Working with owners and architects to deliver custom home renovations and condo remodels, we have been called "a model for how to handle a client."

We specialize in quality, custom renovations and home building. Recently we have expanded into the area of sustainable design and building. We are at the forefront of the "building green" movement and apply sustainable building strategies, making smart use of materials and resources.

Chris Carey is a member of The National Association of Home Builders, has served for six years on the Evanston Preservation Commission, and was the chairman of the Commission for 3 years.
