Scope Of Work
This project was commissioned by the City of Richardson Parks and Recreation Department in Texas to pay homage to space-ship playgrounds of the past. The area is rich with space exploration history and today’s mathematical and technological advances, as home to Texas Instruments and Cisco Systems.
The sculpture is composed of bent aluminum tube, custom fiberglass, acrylic, and programmed lighting. It stands 30’ tall and 15’ wide, welcoming visitors to the park.
