Scope Of Work
As construction manager, Moss completed renovations to five Bungalow buildings, each three stories and containing 12 units, for the Boca Raton Resort and Club. Interior renovations included ceramic tile in the main living areas and bathrooms, new mill work and custom cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms, all new interior doors, frames and hardware, new paint and complete fire protection systems including fire alarms and communication systems.
Exterior renovations included new faux columns, repainting the exterior of buildings, new ornamental railing, tree removal and relocation, new landscaping and irrigation system, and new curbs, sidewalks, and resurfaced asphalt. Work also included partial demolition of existing concrete walkways to install new pavers, resurfacing of exterior balconies and patios, and new walkways.
