Scope Of Work
Situated on its own private island in the Bahamas, this unique $165 million upscale resort community features 69 custom villas, 6,000 SF clubhouse, 5,000 SF spa, 8,000 SF mega-yacht facility, 3,000 SF reception hall, 4,000 SF store and informal dining building, 10,000 SF staff housing facility, 200 slip marina and dry rack storage area. A new utility plant, 5,000-foot airplane runway, and customs office make up the remainder of the site.
As construction manager, Moss worked closely with the owner and their three designers during the preconstruction planning phases to ensure all budget and schedule requirements were met prior to commencing work in the field.
