Scope Of Work
The scope of the construction work for this project includes a 138,000 SF expansion of the facility in two levels to service passenger embarkation operations for the Royal Caribbean Lines Oasis of the Seas vessel. The project also includes a 600-space parking lot, intermodal improvements for the terminal, demolition of Building No. 16, and conversion into a future container yard, new passenger loading bridge, site work, and marine infrastructure improvements.
